Come funziona l’applicazione
VOCI: accesso alfabetico: le 3000 voci sono presentate in ordine alfabetico; per ciascuna voce è data la regione di riferimento e la tipologia gastronomica (zuppe, carni, dolci ecc.). Un comoda funzione di rubricatura permette di muoversi rapidamente tra le varie lettere.
CERCA: permette di cercare qualsiasi parola o espressione presente nel titolo o nei testi delle schede. I risultati della ricerca vengono ordinati per rilevanza. Indispensabile per arrivare subito al dunque!
REGIONI: accesso geografico: Per ogni regione sono sono elencate le specialità dei rispettivi territori raggruppate per tipologia gastronomica. Inoltre, in colore rosso, si possono trovare alcune curiosità (spesso brani di scrittori famosi) e una ricetta tipica della regione.
GLOSSARIO: è disponibile l’indice di tutti i nomi citati con una breve, ma esaustiva descrizione.
